Erick Miles has 21 years experience as an aviator, having begun flying airplanes at the age of 15. He held his first commercial flying job at the age of 18 as a senior in high school and since then has extensive experience to include flight instruction, Part 121 Airline experience, as well as Part 121 simulator instructor experience. Over this period of time he has logged roughly 8,000 hours of flight time in a vast array of aircraft. His experience over the years is not limited to flying alone. He has varied experience in different roles in start up ventures as well as not for profit organizations. He also worked as legislative affairs chairman for his labor organization, gaining valuable civic experience learning how to petition the government in Washington, DC.

Using his variety of skills and experiences, Erick looks forward to structuring the day to day operations at M1 as well as shaping the position of the company for growth in the near and long term.
